Return & Exchange Policy – BloomStyle.pk

At BloomStyle.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every order meets our quality standards. However, if you face any issue with your order, please read the policy below.


🔄 Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the order

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or washed products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products without original tags or packaging


📞 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or Email within 3 days of delivery

  2. Share your order number, issue details, and clear pictures/video of the product

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong or damaged item), return shipping will be covered by BloomStyle.pk

  • If the exchange is due to size or personal preference, return shipping charges will be paid by the customer


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Refunds are issued in the form of:

    • Store credit, or

    • Bank transfer (as applicable)

Please note: Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery orders.


⏱ Processing Time

  • Exchange or refund processing may take 5–7 working days after receiving the returned item


❗ Important Notes

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Color variation may occur due to lighting or screen resolution and will not be considered a defect

  • BloomStyle.pk reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request
