At BloomStyle.pk, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever comes first.

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email with your order number.
🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that have already been shipped

Sale or discounted items

Customized or special orders (if applicable)
💳 Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, a refund (if paid online) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.
Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders do not receive cash refunds.

Repeated order cancellations or refusals at the time of delivery may result in account restrictions or advance payment requirement for future orders.

BloomStyle.pk reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be informed and refunded if payment was made.
